Overall Philosophy
livin4d's Global Communications Bank provides internal and external (intrinsic and extrinsic) communication tools to enhance relationships with both receiving and providing functions resulting in increased happiness levels.
Personality tools available at livin4d's Global Communications Bank GCB expand beyond words. The GC Bank consists of experiential techniques and  prop suggestions to increase somatization of solution focused directions that will maximize human connection, thus creating win-win scenarios.
The supporting structural backbone connecting all of "US" whether it be on a global level, educational level, organizational level, family level, interpersonal level or "I-level" is livin4d. Livin4d is not meant to convert or impose lens on anyone. "Take it or leave it."
1. Volume Control
The beauty of our 3 GPTs based on the 3 different Oxytocin Spectrums is that we can adjust our personality volumes to better connect with others on other frequencies (blue, green, orange). We and we are not stuck within our genetically predisposed frequency range if we choose not to be.
By knowing and understanding unique operational parameters of the 3 cGPTs, we can adjust our volumes to get in sync  with each other if we want to be in sync with each other.
As diagrammed, an orange GPT [oGPT] can expand his/her range of output and input (talk and listening)  to adjust to the higher amplitude blue GPT [bGPT] range. A [bGPT] range can adjust his/her parameters to contour with the lower amplitude [oGPT] frequency. A green GPT [gGPT] can adjust his/her volume to increase, hence contouring with bGPTs  amplitude or a gGPT can decrease his/her volume range to share the contours of an oGPT's range.
Similar to the previous suggestion with respect to not attaching intrinsic [+/-] value or meaning to the water, snow, ice analogy (states of matter), it is also suggested that no intrinsic [+/-] value be attached to the volume concept as it would make absolutely no sense.
If we were to attach intrinsic [+/-] judgments to volume amplitudes of personality affect ranges, the frequency volume amplitudes of (non-mass) GPTs would be experienced as [+/-] dependent upon the cGPT from which it is viewed.
For example, if an oGPT were to come from a place of "better than," with respect to volume amplitude, s/he would view a bGPT's amplitude range as [-] as the y mood axis and communication style of a bGPT is much larger than that of an oGPT. An oGPT coming from judgment or attempt at conversion would have a moderately [-] response to a gGPT  as his/her mood and communication style is  moderatly larger on the y axis volume frequency range than the oGPT.
Conversely, if a bGPT were to attach a [+/-] judgment value or attempt at conversion to an oGPT, (due to perception that the bGPT lens is better than), s/he would try and stretch the y-axis of oGPT volume amplitude to match his or her own sinusoidal height. The same concept applies to gGPT with respect to bGPT & oGPT in both directions.
In these converse and intermediary scenarios, this attempt at stretching volumes would be due to limited color hue vision and inability to expand scope adjusting volumes of communication (providing and receicing) in one direction or another.
The inability to understand color perspective of other would result is shearing NOT SHARING of a relationship.
Relational friction is decreased by increasing ability to understand the 3 different volume amplitude of personality ranges as outlined by livin4d.
To adjust for volume control of the 3 GPTs, mathematically speaking, by decreasing or inceasing the amplitude or height in which a wave (talk/listening) can bounce, we can increase or decrease shares of sinusoidal waves (connected communication) with different magnitudes.
2.  X/Y axis parameters
In addition to amplitude adjustment, by containing the length of communication parameters or setting the x-scope of interaction, we can also manage and control the shared contours.
The y-scope is volume control of sinusoidal interaction (animation, verbosity, intensity). The x-scope is duration of conversation and contextual parameters. By adjusting for the x and y axises, overlapping stages for blue, green and orange personalities can be created. Knowing x and y variables to interchanges prior to engaging in these interactions can be beneficial to increasing connection as it provides a pre-expectation and delineated communications contours so participants have guidelines.
3. Dopamine Concept
Interpersonal humor and dynamic connections on an individual and mass level helix off the Dopamine Concept [DC].
Dopamine is the natural antedote and anecdote to cortisol. Cortisol is the stress hormone released during times of systemic activation due to internal thought processes or external threats. Factors that elicit the Dopamine Response [DR] may be imagined or they may be real.
Differentiating between these two variables is irrelevant as reality is ultimately an interpretation of individual perception. The same reality is often experienced through many different lenses and thus appears quite differently to individuals. It is these different interpretive lenses that cause human friction as there seems to be an incessant pull and push to view from the other lens or understand an alternate view.
To provide a little background, our nervous systems are divided into 2 categories. Our Central Nervous system (CNS) consists of our brains and spinal cords. Our Peripheral Nervous System or PNS consists of nerves radiating out of the CNS. Our PNS can be broken into the  autonomic nervous system (ANS) which has 2 components: 1. Parasympathetic Nervous System and 2. Sympathetic Nervous System.
These 2 subdivisions work antagonistically with each other in that they simultaneously operate in reverse. Conceptually, antagonistic operations are similar to how one would work out at the gym.  One day, a gym goer would work out  biceps, followed by working out triceps the next day in order to optimize myofibrils or muscle fibers expanding in muscle bulk. This antagonistic concept allows 1/2 to rest while the other 1/2 is in work state.  A similar balance can be seen with respect to our sleep and wake states.
The reason why these subdivisions of the ANS are important to mention with respect to livin4d's Dopamine Concept has to do with the release of cortisol.
As cortisol is released during a systemic activation state, it engages our sympathetic nervous systems to somatically respond in many ways including but not limited to: fatigue, nausea, headaches, illnesss, obesity, sleep issues etc.  As livin4d  focused on interpersonal relationsips, it will address the cortisol response with respect to interdynamic friction.
Again, whether stress is "imagined or real" is irrelevant as the mind is so powerful that mental stress of both varieties viscerally cause the same reaction. Mental or cerebral stress can be more harmful to mind and body in that there is no direct somatic outlet. With environmental stress, the body has a visceral way to release this stress either by running or shaking it off.
The problem with imagined stress and real a stress of the mind as opposed to environmental stress
4. Anchoring
Livin4d allows us to truly view from a lens or cGPT of other as it first grounds us in our own cGPT. By knowing and understanding that both self and other is grounded in our ubique cGPTs, it eliminates the threat of losing personal ground and bearing. We are anchored into our own personality type such that we will not be blown away into your cGPT. Therefore, because we have a better understanding of other because livin4d  eliminates the sense of loss of self with respect to vantage point.
Rather than bounce back and forth reverberating in friction, livin4d's GC Bank provides the volume tools to create forward momentum.
Just as the human body has cilia or oar like structures ejecting mucous out of the lungs or helping the egg move down the fallopian tubes that move in a simultaneous direction contributing to the positive result, livin4d now provides to with the tools to similarly keep the human flow of direction in unison. Afterall, if one were in a canoe with roarers moving their oars in opposite directions, the boat would be spinning in circles.
Currently, this visual representation is our human forms of connection...spinning in circles ad the opposing talk current circulates.
Just as electrons swirling around peotons and neutrons of an atom can sh
We have the power to jump different frequency ranges, we  by adjusting internal and external variables.
